- The model. Built the brand a bespoke AI model from scratch, held consistent across every shot of the film.

2021 – presentKAOLIN Porcelain Surfaces
+Brand
Australian porcelain tile brand with award-winning showrooms, serving the architecture and interiors industry.
Since July 2024 I have independently handled the editing, publishing and management of all social media content on KAOLIN's channels. Some of the original images and footage are supplied by the company; others are captured by me or created with AI assistance.
The work shown here is a selection. For the full body of work, please visit KAOLIN's social media accounts.
Content created from company supplied materials
Using original footage and images supplied internally, including materials for new products, collections and events, I plan video scripts around each campaign's objectives. I then handle the full production process: editing in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere Pro or CapCut; writing copy; and designing post covers.

AI assisted product imagery and content
I use Lovart.ai, ChatGPT and Claude to turn simple porcelain tile product images into setting images suited to the brand's needs. I then use these assets to create image and video posts, write the copy and design post covers.

Brand event coverage
At KAOLIN's regular official events, I record the event on my phone and use a DSLR camera to photograph it from additional angles alongside other photographers. After each event, I independently turn the collected materials into image and video posts. I handle all editing, video production, copywriting, cover design and publishing.

On location project shoots
I accompany colleagues to project sites, where I independently film presenter led videos and the completed projects on my phone, and photograph the finished projects with a DSLR camera. I then independently produce the videos and edit the photographs. I publish the videos on social media and provide the photographs for relevant website pages or email marketing.

Website design, maintenance and content
I work with the IT team on the visual design and page development of KAOLIN's official website. I independently manage its ongoing maintenance and regular updates, including product listings, blog pages, project pages and other page layouts and content.
I also write some of the website copy with SEO and GEO in mind. Throughout this work, I balance consistency in the brand's language with variety in how its content is presented. When a page requires code changes, I also use AI assistance to design and build it independently.
Email marketing
I write, design and schedule KAOLIN's regular email marketing: new product collections, event invitations and brand news. Each send is built end to end, from the copy and the layout to the image selection and the timing, so the emails land alongside the rest of the campaign rather than after it.

+Video and photography, concept to published cut
I planned, shot and finished the brand's visual content on my own: on model e-commerce sets, seasonal campaign films, behind the scenes cuts, product photography and retouching, and everything published on the YouTube channel. Every decision was made against three things: the brand look, what helps a customer decide, and the delivery deadline.
- Product detail comes first. Within the brand look, I make sure the finished set shows the details a customer asks about: pockets, ties, sleeve and hem construction, and how wide a skirt really falls. Those frames carry a lot of the conversion and cut down the questions that come back to customer service.
- Photography and retouching. Regular DSLR shoots for the storefront and campaigns, retouched in Capture One and Photoshop. With bright, multi colour ranges I retouch against the actual garment so the colour on screen matches what arrives in the parcel.
- Volume at speed. Around 30 new styles landed every two weeks, and I shot the full on model e-commerce set in one day and delivered the edited images the same day. My record is 65 garments shot in 8 hours, around 500 images selected from more than 1,000 and edited that same day, giving 6 to 8 e-commerce images per garment.
- Campaign films planned end to end. For each outdoor campaign I was in charge of, I picked the pieces that would carry a film from the 30 to 40 new styles, wrote the concept and the shot script around the location the brand had chosen, briefed the model on the day and shot it myself. From the mood board to the published cut, I delivered within about two days the versions each channel needed: homepage banner, email marketing, Instagram, Facebook, Google Ads, Meta Ads and YouTube.
- The YouTube channel. Every YouTube video in the screenshot was produced by me on my own, from concept and planning through filming to editing, titling and publishing.

Outdoor campaign films for two Australian wholesale womenswear labels
- The brief. Landscape films that loop as a display background in the showroom and also work on social. One under three minutes, one under six, no repeated shot language, and both carrying the wholesale brand image, the garment styling and the mood of the range.
- My part. I ran the whole campaign on my own: concept, shot script, filming, editing, music and colour grade.
- Turnaround. Four hours of shooting, and both landscape films delivered within one day.
Live performance coverage for Shaumet Music
- The brief. Promotional video and stills from the band's shows, including the Sydney Opera House, for use across their social channels. The cut had to show every performer, the highlights of the set, the size and reaction of the audience, and the curtain call, with close up scene stills for cover art.
- My part. On every shoot I took all of the photographs and all of the video myself, then did the edit and the image retouching on my own.
